This is Faith's tattoo. She says it is "a way for me to commemorate my past and to consent to my future."

I’m not sure, because I’ve never been tan, but I’m inclined to say no. A white ink tattoo is like highlighter ink, in that it is the most visible on light surfaces.

That’s my question too. It could also have been done—I think—with a tattoo needle and no ink as a form of scarification.

I have a “so it goes” tattoo – I think I submitted it to you when I got it about a year ago – but where did you get the 116 number? I went back a few months ago and tried to count, and only made it to 106.
