This is Andrea's tattoo.
In the book, a man named Henry travels through time involuntarily and the story is of his and his wife, Clare's, life together. Henry has traveled forward in time as well as back and he knows the date of when he will die. As the date is approaching, he writes a letter to Clare that she finds after his death. The letter describes his love for her and the end of the letter reads, "It's dark now and I am very tired. I love you, always. Time is nothing." This book meant a lot to me and it has been one of my favorites ever since I first read it. The quote "time is nothing" really stuck with me because to me it means that their love was so strong that they overcame every obstacle in their way, even time itself. I like having the reminder on my body that love is more powerful than anything else.
"Time is nothing."
