In the book Jitterbug Perfume by Tom Robbins, there is a gatekeeper in the afterlife. To determine where one goes after death, their heart is weighed on a scale, and if it is lighter than a feather, they go to heaven (the same as in Egyptian mythology.) “Erleichda!” is written on the door to heaven. It roughly translates to “Lighten up!” in an ancient language. It was also used by a character to communicate from another dimension, and the last word spoken by Albert Einstein in the book.
